I’m Dionne van den Berg — a multidisciplinary artist, producer, and DJ based in New York City. I grew up in the Netherlands and moved to NYC in 2015 to study acting, but over time my creative world expanded into filmmaking and music.

I started Fountain Avenue Productions, where I’ve produced, directed, written, edited, and acted in projects like Q TRAIN and Amsterdam Ave. - both award-winning web series that screened at festivals and built engaged online audiences. Through Fountain Avenue, I’ve been able to bring together stories that matter to me while collaborating with incredible artists.

As a DJ and electronic music artist, I’ve played at clubs, fashion shows, and private events for clients like Citibank, Bundesliga, New York Fashion Week, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, and the FLAG Art Foundation. My sets and productions draw on my background in piano, singing, and left field synthesis and sound design, blending rhythm and atmosphere into something personal and alive.

I recently graduated summa cum laude from my MFA in Sonic Arts at Brooklyn College, where I was able to dive deep into the craft of music production and created two projects: The Best Friend Breakup Mixtape EP and my upcoming debut album, Mama Sranan.

I organize a live electronic music showcase called Vitamin D, in which I try to feature local artists while bringing communities together.
